Management Structure
Headed by the Chairman and Board of Directors, the day-to-day operations of the Maga Neguma Road Construction Equipment Company (MNRCE) is managed by its General Manager and 5 Deputy General Managers in charge of the five main areas of the Company (Mechanical, Plants, Finance, Administration and Projects). The Internal Auditor plays a vital role in the efficient and transparent manner in which operations are being conducted at the MNRCE.
